Thomas Griffin

About Place Journal, Volume II Issue I

Tree Sense
See how it makes
a huge and glorious
light and rain
earth and animal;
that tree,
made from what is
around it,
not because
it stands alone
but as a forest
of things that belong
to each other.
Thomas Griffin, an accomplished writer, actor, director and teacher, has an MFA in playwriting and is the recipient of an award from The Academy of American Poets.
