Clark Barclay is a fourth-generation Californian with Cantonese roots in San Francisco’s Chinatown and South Side Irish roots in Chicago. Clark identifies as Hapa. After spending two decades working in branded content, Clark decided to apply his knowledge and experience toward education. After receiving his MFA in Screenwriting from UC Riverside, he accepted positions at Santa Rosa Junior College and Napa Valley College as a film production instructor. When he’s not teaching, he is working on no-budget film projects and producing music under the name The Bins.

Gwen Benitez is a brown-bodied dance artist, writer, and teaching artist based in Oakland, California. She is a 2025 MFA Candidate in the Dance, Creative Practice program at Saint Mary’s College of California. Their dance work has been presented in Los Angeles, Riverside, and San Francisco. Gwen’s choreographic and written work is focused on recontextualizing the strategies that are discovered in complex relational trauma recovery. Most recently, Gwen will be appearing in the Berkeley Poetry Festival, alongside local collaborating dance artists and poets.

Rebekah JoAnn Guerra is an American choreographer and Artistic Director of Ballet Opéra de Guerra, where their mission is to collaborate with artists worldwide, crafting transdisciplinary productions that illuminate the hidden narratives of BIPOC communities. Her work has been showcased in France, New York, New Jersey, California, China, and Utah. In her final semester as an MFA recipient at the University of Utah, she developed unfiltering, a movement language expanding artists’ expressive physicality through a genre-filled practice that invites artists to experience their dramaturgical bodies in a mirror-free environment. Presently, she serves as an Adjunct Professor at Weber State University, teaching ballet and choreography. She is studying Intimacy Direction with IDC Professionals. And on November 6-9, 2024, ¿Te vas? her first evening-length ballet-opera will premiere at the Leona Wagner Black Box Theatre in Salt Lake City, Utah.
