Mauri Connors

Mauri Terra Connors is an interdisciplinary dance artist, focused on finding ways to make the natural, non-human, material world more present in her own life and others. She uses writing, drawing, book arts, dance, and choreography to create her artworks.  She received her BA in Dance from Connecticut College in 2015.  While she grew up in rural Virginia, she currently lives in Brooklyn, NY, where she is working on a project called Park Piece with collaborator Mindy Toro.  In the past they have collaborated on Lobster and Raccoon on Winter Break (2017) and DIRT TEA by Mint and Marmalade (2016).
