Alex Stock

Alex Stock’s work focuses on using the macabre reality of the biological world as a lens for human nature. They use bright, pastel colors for their depictions of animalistic imagery. They recently finished a Master’s degree in Biology at the University of North Texas, studying wildlife conservation and ecology. Their scientific background heavily influences their artwork. Alex is a self-taught artist who works in many mediums including installations, sculpture, drawings, zines, new media, and painting.
