marion storm is a US-American dance artist based in Montpellier. Her work takes form as dance projects, publications, facilitation, and as a performer. storm has recently shared her dance projects – including In study with bodies who flood, a solo elaborating a flooding river body – in relationship with Centre Choregraphique National Montpellier and 3 bis f – Centre d’arts (France), Lake Studios Berlin, CPR (New York), and in collaboration with the Hungry Mothers Collective & her company Plateforme LAB-L. Her research is anchored in the nature of site-responsiveness: honoring and experimenting with the hybrid ecologies proposed by dancers in movement together with place. Researching and performing the scales & stories, traces & teleportations we carry. No answers, only experiments and curiosity. Grands remerciements à Alix de Morant de m’avoir accompagnée avec ces carnets de répétitions, et au-delà, vers notre groupe de lecture Posthuman Feminisms.
