Lightning strikes after the Stonewall Jackson Monument had been removed on July 1st, 2020. The recent death of George Floyd and the growing Black Lives Matter movement helped the removal of all confederate monuments except for The Robert E. Lee monument on Monument Avenue in Richmond, Virginia.
James Reade Venable is a photographer, director, and actor currently living in Belgium. He is originally from New York and has been published internationally in publications such as The Moving Force Journal and 3Elements. He recently directed the music video “Doormat Daddy” for the band The Allegations. James is currently working on Photography studies in Belgium focusing on new genres and techniques.
